Welcome to the APP Canada. UGHH!

Well it looks like Harper has done it again. On Monday at the emergency U.N. meeting. Instead of helping promote Kyoto, our wonderful prime minister has announced that Canada will join the Asia Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and Climate, a.k.a. (APP).
Maybe selling huge amounts of oil and coal to the Chinese while implementing voluntary intensity based emission cuts is what Harper had in mind when he said "Canada would pursue a “flexible” approach to global warming that allows for continued economic growth."

It's another sad day for Canadians.
